VINCE BELLITTI
Co-Founder
Vince is an owner and operator at HB Pharmacy, a family business started in 1964. Leading the business his grandfather started inspired him to build a career in the small business world as an acquisition entrepreneur. Vince strikes to buy other small businesses to continue their legacy just as he's continued his grandfather's legacy.
Vince has a Greenbelt in Lean Six Sigma, a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, and an MBA from NYU Stern.
BANSI PATEL
Co-Founder
Bansi is an investment professional who has strong deal experience. He has deployed capital throughout his career, having worked across asset classes in portfolio management, trading, and research. His expertise includes valuation, growth strategy, due diligence, and operational improvement initiatives. Leveraging his extensive experience, Bansi seeks to acquire and build businesses to their full potential.
Bansi earned a BS from Rutgers University and MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business. Additionally, Bansi is a CFA Charterholder.
